Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment

    1. Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

    2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking cost before any discount applied is required to secure your reservation. For reservations longer then 6 weeks a maximum deposit required is equal to the fee for the 2 weeks of stay. 

    3. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. If the payment is not settle we may be not able to honour the reservation.

    4. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card or PayPal.

    5. Currency: All payments must be made in US dollars.

  2. Cancellation by Guest:

    1. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    2. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-changeable

  3. Cancellation by FangYuan TaiChi Centre:

    1. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay.

  4.  Visa and Travel

    1. Visa Requirements: Guests are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas for travel to China. We provide assistance with the visa application process, but we cannot guarantee visa approval.

    2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

    3. In case of a refusal of entry to China please contact your travel insurance company.

  5. Stay at the Centre

    1. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 15:00 on the arrival date, and check-out time is 11:00 on the departure date.

    2. House Rules: Guests are expected to follow the Centre's house rules, which include respecting quiet hours, maintaining cleanliness, and refraining from any behaviour that may disturb other guests.

    3. Liability: FangYuan TaiChi Centre is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.

    4. Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner towards other guests, staff, and the local community.

  6. Training Programs

    1. Participation: Participation in training programs is at the guest's own risk. Guests should consult their doctor before engaging in any physical activity.

    2. Schedule: The Centre reserves the right to modify the training schedule or program content as needed.

    3. Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the instructors and maintain a safe and respectful training environment.

  7. Other

    1. Force Majeure: The Centre shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government restrictions.  

    2. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China
